Presentation boards - Jarrah

I've designed these cutting and presentation boards from a stunning dark red batch of premium grade WA Jarrah. With Alpine Ash handles anchored in place with copper studs and elbows, these boards are edge-routed, sanded to 600 grade and sealed with two coats of food-safe polyurethane. These Jarrah boards are 370mm in length and 185mm across; and work well with one side kept as a day-to-day preparation board, then flipping over to use as a cheese and fruit presentation board.

These are available in beautiful native Australian timbers - a lighter Victorian Alpine Ash (see my other listing); or alternatively, these slightly heavier, dark red Western Australian Jarrah boards. Both are very hard wearing, sustainably sourced native hardwoods. Avoid using a dishwasher and occasionally wipe over with a food-safe vegetable oil.
